Self Defense

Our Self Defense classes are designed to help women become more confident in addressing and removing themselves from dangerous or uncomfortable situations. You will get a taste of the basic theories and techniques of self defense in our interactive two hour seminar. The overview will include attacks from the front and the back, strategies for both standing and laying down, punches, kicks and more.

We recommend wearing comfortable workout pants and shirt. No shorts or tanktops. Most of the drills and techniques are done with a partner, so if you are not comfortable in close contact with strangers, we would encourage you to get a friend to sign up to be your partner.

Coach Corbin is also available for special group classes for your organization or group.
