Wrestling

200902131225181.jpg“The strength training and conditioning that I received from Coach Corbin was invaluable to my high school state title and wrestling scholarship to MSU Northern.  Regardless of what sport you’re in…I would highly recommend Championship Training to any athlete that is serious about taking their abilities to the next level.”

~ Kody Reed, 2009 Montana State Wrestling Champion

Our wrestling classes are geared toward Jr. High and High School wrestlers who are looking to take their training to the next level.  Live wrestling workouts will help you perfect your basic wrestling techniques to make you more effective and efficient on the mat.  As part of the program, students in these classes will also participate in one or both of the Sports Conditioning workouts.

Coach Corbin has worked with Olympic level coaches and athletes and brings a unique perspecive and drive to his wrestling classes. Because of the intensity of the workout and high level of commitment from the athletes in this program, you will need to have approval from Coach Corbin to sign up.

The video below highlights the United State Olympic Education Center Greco-Roman wrestling team workout with the Suples Bulgarian Bag.  This type of workout is a key component of the wrestling program at Championship Training
