Located in beautiful Missoula, Montana, we offer a variety of ways to stay active and have fun at any age. We have classes for both beginners and elite athletes. Our offerings include:
- Taekwondo for both children and adults
- Wrestling for beginning athletes
- Sports Conditioning for high school athletes in all sports
- Self Defense for women ages 16 and up
